Required positions:
MSSP customer support engineer
We are looking for a 1st line support engineer in our MSSP operations. You will have knowledge of any of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and later,
- Exchange 2019 and later
- Microsoft Windows Server Roles: AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, GPO,
- PowerShell scripting,
- Microsoft 365 Administration
Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft Endpoint Management Administration, - Microsoft Intune,
- Firewall Installation & Configuration,
- Spam Filter technologies,
- Hands-on equipment experience (rack, physical cabling),
- Back-up Solutions,
- URL Filtering, RMM experience, PSA Experience,
- SAN Storage (different technologies and disaster recovery),
- VMware, (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
Web developer
WordPress: Divi builder.
Client side: JavaScript, VB Script, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, JQuery, UI design, graphics design.
Server side and programming: C#, VB, PHP, ASP.Net, Adobe Flex, MySQL, SQL Server, web services.
Applications and systems: CMS, CRM, Visual Studio.
Metastorm BPM developer
Versions 7 and 9: Metastorm Designer, client side and server side scripting.
